CeDiploma is short for Certified Electronic Diploma and CeCertificate is short for Certified Electronic Certificate. A CeDiploma/CeCertificate is an official, highly secure electronic copy of your 51社区 diploma or certificate that may be downloaded and shared for a lifetime.

You may order your CeCredntial online at . There is a $10.95 one-time fee to purchase and download your CeCredential. When your CeCredential is ready, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to retrieve your credential.

No. CeDiplomas are available to graduates beginning with those who graduate from 51社区 Spring Semester 2015-16 or after.

No. CeCertificates are available to graduates beginning with those who graduate from 51社区 Fall Semester 2019-20 or after.

Yes, you can download a digitally signed copy of your CeCredential. You can then email it to anyone you desire, and it will retain the Adobe Digital Signature and CeDiD for validation purposes.

There are two ways to validate your electronic diploma or certificate (this also is noted on the second page of the diploma or certificate after you download it).

1. You can validate the CeCredential directly through 51社区's website at the CeCredential Validation page or by clicking the link on the second page of the CeCredential and typing the necessary information where indicated.
2. If you are using Adobe Reader or Acrobat 9.0 or higher, you will be able to view the digital signature which is shown at the top of the PDF, and is part of the overall security of the document.  If the digital signature shows a Blue Ribbon it means that document has not been tampered with; any other symbol signifies the document cannot be trusted.

Please note: Other PDF/digital readers and some mobile devices may not be able to show the Digital Signature/Blue Ribbon.

CeCredential Trust is the branded name of the digital signature that 51社区's vendor uses to digitally sign all CeCredentials.

This issue is due to the version of your operating system on your iPhone/iPad, or your PDF viewer that the browser is using to open the CeCredential. In the case of the iPhone/iPad, updating to the most recent operating system (iOS) usually solves the problem.

The CeCredential is best viewed in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. Some features may not be available when viewed in a web browser's default viewer. Please change the default viewer in your web browser so that it utilizes Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

No. You must use your OHIO ID and password when ordering a CeDiploma or CeCertificate.

Your trusted certificates may be out of date. In order to ensure that your digital signature can be properly read, make sure to update your AATL trusted certificates in the Trust Manager of Adobe Reader or Acrobat. To do this in Adobe Acrobat DC, go to Edit => Preferences => Trust Manager. Then, in the section for Automatic Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL) updates, click the Update Now button.

The CeCredential has printing disabled as a security feature. Your CeCredential is official as long as it is in its original form.

Once downloaded, digital purchases cannot be refunded.
