Air Force ROTC Alumni
Calling all Detachment 650 alumni! Let's get connected! We want to provide a network to link past, present, and future 51ÉçÇø Air Force and Space Force officers, show our cadets how Bobcat Wing alumnni are serving around the world, and facilitate mentorship opportunities for our cadets as they explore fields of interest. We hope to provide our alumni with a way to develop, inspire, and give back to Detachment 650 while also networking with classmates, instructors, and other alumni.

Our Newest Alumni
Ethan Black
Second Lt. Black, from Worthington, Ohio, graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from the College of Arts and Sciences and serves as a Weather Officer at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina. Lt. Black was recognized as an ROTC Distinguished Graduate, awarded to the top 10 percent of ROTC graduates.
Kyle Dunlap
Kyle Dunlap, from Zanesville, Ohio, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Russ College of Engineering and Technology in 2021 and serves as a Developmental Engineer at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.
Carter Fee
Carter Fee, from Cincinnati, Ohio, earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the College of Arts and Sciences in 2021 and will serve as an intelligence officer with initial training at Goodfellow Air Force Base in Texas.
Luke Hamlin
Luke Hamlin, from Lancaster, Ohio, graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Russ College of Engineering and Technology and will serve as a Combat Rescue Officer, starting his training at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico.
Cole Losoncy
Cole Losoncy, from Pickerington, Ohio, graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Russ College of Engineering and Technology and commissioned as a Civil Engineer assigned to Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana.
Aidan Pitts
Second Lt. Pitts earned his bachelor’s degree in aviation management from the Russ College of Engineering and Technology in 2020 and serves as an aircraft maintenance officer at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. Before completing his degree at 51ÉçÇø Lt. Pitts previously served as a corporal in the 1-87th Infantry Battalion at Fort Drum, New York.
Mark Vorndran
Mark Vorndran, from Brunswick, Ohio, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from the College of Arts and Sciences in 2021 and serves as a weather officer at Fort Stewart in Georgia.
Derek Weber
Derek Weber, from Georgetown, Pennsylvania, earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering technology and management from the Russ College of Engineering and Technology in 2021 and flies remotely piloted aircraft at Creech Air Force Base in Nevada.
