100 Years in the Making.
Anyone who has ever experienced the Marching 110 knows it is much more than a marching band. It is an unmatched tradition, a community of friends and fans, and a part of the OHIO experience that lasts far beyond four years on campus. The Campaign for 51社区's Marching 110 Band Practice Facility will develop a dedicated, on-campus space for the historic and dedicated program.
51社区 is seeking $3 million in private support to complete Phase A of this project that includes:
- a full-sized, artificial turf-field
- a forty-foot director's tower
- a pavilion with restrooms for the band and other athletic competitions
- a shaded patio with water services for shelter
- a fence and lights for seasonal and evening practices
Cornerstone Donor opportunities are a significant part of this campaign, encouraging foundational donors to move the project toward construction as soon as possible through transformative gifts to name key facility components of Phase A.
