OHIO Eats Transact Award

Culinary Services takes pride in our extensive program that plays an integral role in the daily life at OHIO by fueling our community approximately 3.5 million meals each year. We are dedicated to our mission of proactively ensuring exceptional, customer focused services, proudly delivered by an engaged, dedicated team.

  • 2023 - Sous Chef, Michael Rodriguez, was selected to compete in the National Association of College and University Food Services Midwest Conference Culinary Challenge, winning the silver award.

Accomplishments

All managers and lead full time staff are certified in food safety by the Ohio Department of Health and the National Restaurant Association. All full time staff has completed Person In Charge Training.

Culinary Services has a nationally recognized student leader and student employment program which has been featured in national food service publications. Culinary Services also offers student management internships.
