How to Create a Digital PDF Signature on A&S Forms
Official College of Arts & Sciences forms that require signatures can be signed electronically before submission. The links below provide instruction on the three ways to create, save and submit a digital electronic signature, using the university-licensed Adobe Acrobat software.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PDF SIGNATURES: Electronically signed Adobe Acrobat PDF forms requiring multiple signatures must be saved with a new name before being forwarded to each signatory.
For example, a signed FAC-STAFF-TRAVEL-FORM.pdf, should be saved as FAC-STAFF-TRAVEL-FORM-signed-(initials).pdf to enable the subsequent signee(s) to add their signature(s).
