Bobcat Cash Refund Form
Please complete the form below to request a refund of the balance of your Bobcat Cash Account. Please note that refunds will only be issued to those who are separating (graduating or otherwise withdrawing) from the University and have a positive balance of over $15.
Refunds will be applied to other amounts owed to the University, and the remaining balance will be remitted through direct deposit. If you do not have direct deposit set up with the Bursar's Office, a check for the balance will be mailed to the permanent address on file within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the refund request. A processing fee of $10.00 will be assessed for refunds.
