Biography
Bruce has held a variety of positions throughout his career before becoming an instructor. He was a communications officer in the USAF, a consultant, a software engineer, and an IT auditor. His experiences have been in the military, consulting, commercial organizations, and government service. He has led and managed software development projects involving data communications, handheld technologies, multimedia technologies, and web-based technologies.
Bruce holds the following professional certifications: Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library – Release and Control Practitioner (ITIL-RCP), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation (ITIL). He also holds an Amateur Radio Operator License (General).
