Re-Enrollment Form
If you would like to return as a graduate student, you should contact the Graduate College, Grosvenor Hall 102, Athens OH, 740.593.2800, graduate@ohio.edu, for more information and complete the form below.
Requesting Transcripts
Students who have completed courses or degrees may request transcripts from the Office of the Registrar.
Tuition Appeals and Late Drops
Sometimes students have extenuating circumstances during the semester. Students should discuss this option with their academic advisor. Students may complete this form with their academic advisor if deemed appropriate.
Withdraw from Courses
Students who want to withdraw from all of their courses should contact the Graduate College (740-593-2800 – graduate@ohio.edu) for instructions. Know that there may be requisite and/or financial implications to a withdrawal.
