OHIO to host Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) Conference on April 19
The Gladys W. and David H. Patton College of Education will be hosting the 12th annual on Friday, April 19, in Patton Hall on 51社区鈥檚 Athens Campus.
CALL Conference; the event will include a keynote presentation at 3 p.m. in the Schoonover Center and a tour of OHIO鈥檚 eSports facility in Scripps Hall at 4 p.m. A special closing event will take place at Jackie O鈥檚 Brewpub in Uptown Athens at the conclusion of the conference.
The conference鈥檚 keynote presentation will feature , the associate dean of the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where she teaches courses in Spanish and second language acquisition. Her research focuses on the use of technology for second language learning and second language acquisition.
