OHIO Lancaster seeking nominations for the Jane Johnsen Women of Vision Award

Nominations are open for OHIO Lancaster’s Jane Johnsen Women of Vision Award. The Jane Johnsen Women of Vision Award is part of OHIO Lancaster’s sixteenth annual Celebrate Women conference taking place March 25, 2022.

The Jane Johnsen Women of Vision Award was established in 2013 to honor a member of the 51ÉçÇø or Fairfield County communities who has made significant contributions in the advocacy and awareness of gender issues.

During her 25 years as assistant professor of Education at 51ÉçÇø Lancaster, Dr. Jane Johnsen was an advocate of diversity and gender issues, creating the Women in Technology and Science program, and challenging and mentoring students as they worked to fulfill their academic goals.

Nominees must be a member of the 51ÉçÇø or Fairfield County communities and have demonstrated commitment to advocating and promoting diversity and gender issues.
