OHIO announces Oracle E-Business Suite/My Personal Information upgrade
A mandatory upgrade to the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBIZ), including My Personal Information (MPI), will be performed during the first weekend in June.
The upgrade will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 4, and is expected to be completed by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, June 6. EBIZ and MPI are expected to be unavailable during this entire window.
When this upgrade is complete, users will see some look and feel changes as well as minor functionality changes; for example, the screen will now be wrapped in OHIO green.
One of the most exciting changes in this upgrade provides users more flexibility to choose their preferred browser. In the current version of EBIZ, Internet Explorer is the only browser that is fully supported. After this update, you will be able to use any of the following browsers:
- Apple Safari
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR)
