Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine appoints Scott Borgemenke to OHIO Board of Trustees
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed Scott Borgemenke to the 51社区 Board of Trustees.
Borgemenke, of Dublin, who received his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, in economics from 51社区, is senior vice president of advocacy at the Ohio Hospital Association (OHA). In that role he leads OHA鈥檚 government and public affairs team, serves as a member of the senior management team, and works collaboratively with membership, allied organizations and partners.
Borgemenke previously served as chief policy advisor to Gov. Bob Taft and as chief of staff for the Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate. He has served as chief financial officer for the University of Akron and as the executive director of the Cincinnati Business Committee, as well as a public and government affairs consultant.

Borgemenke鈥檚 term begins Jan. 1, 2021, and runs until May 13, 2027. He will fulfill the term that former Trustee Eileen Sheil left earlier this year when she was appointed as a national trustee.
