Thank you for your interest in this educational offering. The process begins when you complete the registration page. Upon submission of payment, you will be prompted to create a username and password.
What are the payment options?
You may pay using a debit or credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover).
Are there any discounts available?

How do I apply the course or series discount?
You will be provided discount codes for the courses you intend to purchase before you are sent to the payment page. Do not click on the submit button until you have entered the discount code. The discount code will be given to you by contacting chspdublin@ohio.edu
What is the refund policy?
Course fees are non-refundable.
Is there a time limit to complete the course?
No. You may start, stop and re-enter the course at any time by entering your username and password. However, once you begin the post-test you must complete it in one sitting.
What if I forget my log in?
You will be prompted to create a new username and password.
