Biography

Dr. Tammy Rapp is the Robert H. Freeman Professor of Management and an Associate Professor at 51社区. Her research focuses on the factors that support team effectiveness, with specific interest in team processes, emergent states, team leadership, and multiple team memberships. Dr. Rapp's research has been published in journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. She serves as a Senior Associate Editor for Group & Organization Management, as well as Editor of the annual special Conceptual Issue for that journal. She is a member of the Academy of Management and the Interdisciplinary Network for Group Research (INGRoup). She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut.
